I'm Gerard Tobin from Spec Miata. I don't know your name or have your email address to include you on our Spec Miata contact list. I saw that you probably won't have time to build a SM for this season and are selling your Miata. Do you still have an interest in racing with us for 2014? We will have 8 cars out this year automatically making it the largest road race class and the number looks closer to 20 cars for 2014 just from people we know of. Kris K and Greg C are both guys you probably know who seem to be interested in racing with us. It would be great to have you come out and get involved. There are a few hot shoe drivers that should make the racing very challenging, fun and help make us all get faster. I look forward to hearing from you.

You had mentioned somewhere else that you had some cf that you wanted to get rid of? Is this so and any details?

There's probably 2-3deg of adjustment just tightening the turnbuckles but the splitter is there more to keep air from going under the car and creating lift than actually making downforce.

did you go "off, off" or just 1 click off? Thats the way i was running last year is just 1 off.

then that means i need alot of practice. With a K&N drop in and a resinated test pipe i ran a 70.3. But that was the first time out with the evo.

There is an aluminum L bracket in each wheel well going from the chassis to the rear edge of the splitter. It's incredibly solid.

They might, I would have to try and test fit them, how wide are they? I was going to get zg fenders for a datsun. Yeah I am thinking I may have gone overkill on the tires, I have been doing some research and its most likely my alignments fault for me not having any grip. Sherwood honda put toe out on the rear so every corner exit the car tries to spin itself.

Thats no good that you didnt get the car, meh they will only be getting cheaper in the future. Ill let you take a rip in mine once im convinced nothing will go wrong haha. Although mine is rwd so it would be much different.
