Yes. And yes Marc, I do need better(bigger) ducting. Lol

Great pics Grant!!! I'm glad you caught the glowing rotors. Those are definitely the coolest non-airborne pics I've seen of my car.

Thanks guys!

---------------------------------------------------------------------

There were some interesting cars in the pits too!

BTW, I hate to throw anyone under the bus, but how was this car not black flagged for sound?

I'd hate to lose this venue. (It's also tough to shoot photos with one hand over your ears, and I'm not gonna put in earplugs for just 1 car.)

I don't know, the vette and one of the scoobies were louder then that car.. I didn't talk to anyone yesterday about sound... I likely should have. =/

I always find it kind of interesting the kind of cars we have had show up in the pits and never run.. Like a new ACR viper, Ferrari 430, and the massive number of evos that we see out supporting the guys that do run. Yet you never see any of these guys with huge amounts of car in their cars come out and run the.. I kind of assume one of 2 things. They have no money left because they had to buy the newest illest decal in some strange color for hundreds of dollars. OR that they are afraid that they will find out they are embarrassingly slow despite driving a car that does 90% of the work for you and makes 400+whp.

Not that I should really talk.. my car has been sitting in a tent for 5+ years. My driving is likely rustier then the titanic.

Maybe it depends where you're measuring from. 'cause from the Grandstands they weren't even close, IMHO.

Straightpiped WRX (no wing spoiler, no Brembos, no rear flare):

Grandsport (double fender vent) with muffler delete:

We'll, just trashtalk 'em at the year end wrap up.

I need to make it out to at least once driving this year. When is this happening?
