Ok, I've got to admit your changes to the iRacing software makes it pretty slick. The stable head thing looks pretty smooth. I assume it's not easy to do... :S

Most definately not easy, took quite a few months (most of my 3 month trial) to get it to where I'm happy enough to not fiddle with it anymore. TRYING to wait patiently for the rift consumer version, but now that I'm hearing rumors of possibly not any earlier than Q3/4 of 2014, I may just get the dev kit (if they're still available) and use that as a backup after the consumer version comes out. (Or if there's ever support for dual rift, so my son can use the dev.

If you ever want, I'm sure we can arrange for you to stop by and test out my setup. Depending on if you like it, or if it would need to be tweaked for you a bit, then we could always fiddle with it for your setup.

Really need to figure out how to brace my stand a bit more, then I could bring my "Monitor" closer to me. (Currently can only extend it about half of it's range before I get uneasy feelings about it wanting to tip over on it's face, taking everything else along with it. As is, it's within about 1/2" from my fingertips if I reach forward from my seat. If I could extend it all the way, I could probably have it sitting about 6-8 inches away from my wheel. Who needs triples when you have a 46" a foot or two away from your face!)

Derp.

I didn't understand a word of that. It was WAY over my head. I know what a mouse and keyboard are man.

As for the set up. Set small anchor screws into the wall studs behind the stand You'll be good to go, extending it as much as you want.
