Default Chinese and other oddball cars

I was in China for vacation recently and took some photos of unusual cars and other wheeled motorized oddities.

I think I developed an unhealthy fascination with these weird old single cylinder diesel farm trucks.

This album has those and other oddballs I've encountered travelling.

Porsche meeting was in Whistler at the end of August, a joint event with PNWR (Pacific Northwest US) and CWR (Canada West) regions of Porsche Club of America.

Aside from the GT3 RS (obvious) my favourite car this year was this one:

We see a ton of WEIRD Chinese cars here in Madagascar. Lots of Great Wall models, lots of Kinlon bikes, etc.. All copies of various other models / brands.

I kind of want one of those single cylinder farm trucks for the 780 season opener.

Just imagine if you put a roof rack on it and sticker bombed it. You'd be cooler than everyone, even the guys who rusted out a single fender.

A few more oddballs from a recent trip (Morocco). Lots of old French cars (I didn't know French cars got old, I thought they disintegrated spontaneously long before that).

Based on my observation, this appears to be the only E30 in the entire country.

My unhealthy fascination this trip concerned these old Mercedes vans (ancestor of the Sprinter). They have 4 cyl Diesel engines. They are said to be noisy, slow and bulletproof. I think I want one.

I support your decision to buy one. I know your short of room at your house, so you can store one the Porsche's with me, I won't mind.
