Net gain
Maybe he needs to buy my favor by investing in road racing. It would be a relatively small investment to move Castrol along at an accelerated rate ... Alternatively, I would accept an investment in my race team in exchange for my advocacy.

I'd love to see that, most of us would, perhaps someone else can assist... but apples and oranges here.

A little counterintuitive no? This will bring many more to live, work, learn and play downtown... a very good thing.

They have repaved most of downtown in the last 3 years...
More people here partying every night, pass, more people driving here during rush hour, pass, more hip things to do in the summer thus making parking impossible... Yup sounds rad

As for the road comment I'm not even going to bother try and make you look outside of your 'Edmonton is awesome' kaleidoscope

More venues for entertainment, more options for dinner, more stores, more people, more energy, more big city excitement, a new hotel, new theatre, new office space, new condos, new large plaza, yup will be rad.

Sounds like you prefer Sherwood Park acreage living there gramps.

Edmonton growing up and becoming a big city, a good thing generally speaking.

Our roads generally suck, but I know for a FACT that they repaved about 60% of downtown in the last 3 years.
