I take my time to learn new track. I learn smart, take it slow then slowly increase pace. Slow in fast out right =) The organizer says he'll put an instructor to show me around the track with me.
Race city allows for a lot more time in between hard braking for brakes to cool

not really too much though. because the straights u have to brake harder from the speed picked up. I remember seeing my rotors tinted blue for the first time last year on my older car on that track

I have driven Pacific International at Kent 3 different times and it is not only my favorite track driven, but also the most fun. I am not surprised he went off their as much of the rest of the course is tighter and far slower.

DO NOT PLAY GAMES WITH BRAKES.

Details on Allen Berg lapping required! If you get a formula car, that will be wicked. trailer your car around, because race car!

allen berg aug 4th is the 3 hour track sessions. 1 hour of bs like suiting up, getting the car explained, 1:50 dedicated to track time.

its the formula car track session, so yes, u drive one of the formula 2000s. apparently no prior experience is necessary for them even though its not a school session, just a intro to them driving session.

3 sessions that day. 8am, 11am, and 2pm. i'm thinking of the 11am or 2pm session. i'm pretty set on going soon as work gives a more afirmative answer if we have that week off.

really really want to try that, cuz yup, definitely thinking of a formula mazda car for castrol, and whatever else. i dunno how active formula cars are here for road racing (i know there are some around but never talked to any of them), but worst case it would be a blast for lapping days.
